Cancellation Policy Deposits refundable 90 days prior to arrival, less $100 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 90 days are refundable only if we are able to re-book. We strongly recommend travel insurance, in case of illness etc.
Nightly rates are per villa and quoted in U.S. dollars. However, we do charge out your stay in Eastern Caribbean Dollars, which is our currency.
Add $25 nightly for an extra person or extra set up
We accept Visa or Master Card and Bank Transfers.
Prices subject to change without notice
Discount available for extended stays of 14 days or longer.
Extended stays are also invited.
Reservations
Full deposit requiredfor one week or less
50% deposit to secure reservation for more than one week;
Remainder due upon arrival (except high season & national holidays, which is due 90 days before)
One week(7 nights) minimum stay in high season, or subject to availability.
3 night min. stay in low season, or subject to availability.
$50 administration fee for any changes in reservations.
