Above rates, are per bungalow and for a 3 night minimum and are subject to 12 % government taxes(VAT) and 10% service charge.
FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DEDUCT AN ADDITIONAL 10% OFF THE REGULAR RATE ABOVE AS SHOWN.
FOR A 14 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DEDUCT AN ADDITIONAL 20% OFF THE REGULAR RATE ABOVE AS SHOWN.

Cancellation Policy Deposits refundable 90 days prior to arrival, less $250USD administration fee. Cancellations of less than 90 days are refundable only if we are able to re-book. We strongly recommend travel insurance, in case of illness etc.
Nightly rates are per villa and quoted in U.S. dollars. However, we do charge out your stay in Eastern Caribbean Dollars, which is our currency.
Add $25 nightly for an extra person or extra set up
We accept Visa or Master Card and Bank Transfers.
Prices subject to change without notice
Full deposit required for one week or less
50% deposit to secure reservation for more than one week;
Remainder due upon arrival (except high season & national holidays, which is due 90 days before)
One week(7 nights) minimum stay in high season, or subject to availability.
3 night min. stay in low season, or subject to availability.
$250USD administration fee for any changes in reservations.
